Shipping Information: 95% of all orders ship within 1-2 business days from either New Jersey or Illinois. We try (but can't guarantee)to ship all next day and second day deliveries the same day. You will be notified by email should we be unable to ship your order as oulined above. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Merchandise returned for refund or exchange must be returned within 45 days and must be in new condition and in the original packaging. You must obtain authorization before returning any item and this is obtained by emailing us with your request (include the item number and invoice number). You are responsible for shipping charges back to our facility, and refunds are for merchandise amounts only: shipping and service charges are non-refundable.

We will do our best to honor cancellation requests, but orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Once shipped, you may return the item subject but you will be responsible for all shipping and service charges.

Defective merchandise is rare and adjustments are for replacements only: no refunds. Please email for return authorization (include the item and invoice number).
